Transfers
1. Customers may transfer their child at any point in the session.
2. All class transfers are dependent upon space availability and coach approval.
Make-up Classes
1. Make-ups are done on a space available basis.
2. You must contact us before your scheduled class and let us know your child won’t be able to attend. We will do all we can to find a class and time that will work for you during the current session.
3. To catch up, you can do more than one class per week (or even the same day), but make-ups do not carry over into the next session.
Registration
1. No spaces in any class are guaranteed without payment.
2. All registrations are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
3. A San Ramon Sports membership is required for all participants. If you purchase two regular memberships at the same time, you will automatically be signed up for a family membership. But two regular memberships purchased separately cannot be upgraded. If you think you may have more family members who will be using the facility, ask us if a family membership is right for you.
Trial Classes
1. All first time trial classes are free of charge.
2. Customers may only do one trial per child.
3. We recommend that you call first to find out if the class you want to try has space available.
No Refunds, In-Store Credit Only. This is because once payment is received, your place in a given class is guaranteed. We keep a strict coach-to-child ratio, and we may be turning away others who want to sign up because the class is full. Call us as soon as you have a problem and we will do all we can to help you.
